Terms of Service

1. The Service

TradeHub OS is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform built specifically for UK tradespeople. It provides tools for managing leads, jobs, quotes, invoices, team scheduling, and customer communications.

2. Eligibility

To use TradeHub OS, you must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate trade business in the United Kingdom.

3. Free Trial

• All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then at no cost.
• At the end of the trial, your account is paused — it is never deleted.
• Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted.

4. Subscriptions

TradeHub OS offers three subscription tiers:

• One Man Band: £59/month (£47/month billed annually)
• Squads: £129/month (£103/month billed annually)
• Squads Plus: £249/month (£199/month billed annually)

We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Resell or redistribute access to TradeHub OS without our written permission.

6. Your Data

You own your data. We process it solely to provide the TradeHub OS service. We never sell your data to third parties.

7. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Integration

TradeHub OS offers an optional integration with Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). By connecting your Meta account, you authorise TradeHub OS to:

• Access your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts.
• Receive leads submitted through your Facebook Lead Ads campaigns.
• Send and receive messages on your behalf via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct.
• Retrieve ad spend and campaign performance data for reporting purposes.

You may disconnect the Meta integration at any time from Settings → Integrations. Upon disconnection, TradeHub OS will stop accessing your Meta data, though previously imported leads and messages will remain in your account unless you delete them or request full account deletion.

Your use of the Meta integration is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Meta's Privacy Policy.

8. AI Copilot Disclaimer

The TradeHub OS Copilot is a data assistant designed to help you understand your business metrics and draft communications. It does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice.

Do not rely on Copilot for important business decisions. Always consult a qualified accountant or solicitor for professional advice. TradeHub OS accepts no liability for any decisions made based on Copilot responses.

9. Automated Communications

TradeHub OS provides tools to send automated SMS and email messages to your customers. By using these features:

• You confirm that you have the legal right to contact the recipients.
• You are responsible for compliance with PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and all applicable marketing laws.
• TradeHub OS is not liable for any regulatory penalties arising from your use of the communications features.

10. Account & Data Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your TradeHub OS account and all associated data at any time. You can do this in two ways:

1. Self-service (recommended): Log in to TradeHub OS, go to Settings → Account, and select "Delete My Account".
2. By email: Send an email to info@tradehubos.co.uk with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Once deletion is complete, all your data — including customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, communications, uploaded files, and any connected integration data — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Any active subscription will be cancelled.

11. Limitation of Liability

The TradeHub OS service is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeHub OS's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total fees you have paid to TradeHub OS in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
